INCOFLUXR ESS10 帶極電渣焊劑
INCOFLUX ESS10 帶極電渣焊劑設(shè)計與INCONEL 82／622／625和INCO-WELD C-276／686CPT帶狀焊接電極匹配使用。這種焊劑與這些合金電極匹配，可以用于碳鋼的表面電渣堆焊。這種中性的燒結(jié)焊劑和電渣焊接過程使第二層堆焊金屬的稀釋率較低，其化學成分與電極的化學成分非常近似。盡管沒有電磁操控作用，但熔融焊劑平滑致密的紋理和良好的潤濕性仍可以保證堆焊層的平整。

儲藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中，可以在400oF保溫烘干2小時或500oF保溫烘干1小時后使用。

INCOFLUX ESS10 band electrode welding electrode was designed to match INCONEL 82/622/625 and INCO-WELD c-276/686cpt band welding electrode. The flux is matched with these alloy electrodes and can be used for surfacing of carbon steel surface. This neutral sintering flux and electroslag welding process makes the dilution rate of the second layer of welding metal low, and its chemical composition is very similar to the chemical composition of the electrode. Although there is no electromagnetic manipulation, the smooth and dense texture of melt flux and good wettability can guarantee the formation of the surfacing layer.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the flux is exposed to humid environment, it can be used after an hour or so of heat preservation for 2 hours or 500oF heat preservation.
