NI-ROD? FC55 藥芯焊絲
NI-ROD FC55藥芯焊絲主要應用于藥芯焊絲電弧焊和埋弧焊焊接灰口鑄鐵、可鍛鑄鐵和球墨鑄鐵，還可應用于鑄鐵的表面堆焊以及鑄鐵和碳鋼、低合金鋼的焊接。這種焊絲和NI-ROD 55焊條一樣適于高速自動或半自動焊接并有較高的經(jīng)濟性。
用NI-ROD FC55藥芯焊絲進行埋弧焊時應使用INCOFLUX 5焊劑。

NI - ROD FC55 flux-cored wire is mainly used in flux-cored wire arc welding and submerged arc welding welding of grey cast iron, malleable cast iron and nodular cast iron, can also be applied to the surface of cast iron welding and carbon steel, low alloy steel and cast iron welding. This wire is just as suitable for high speed automatic or semi-automatic welding as the ni-rod 55 electrode.
INCOFLUX 5 flux should be used in the submerged arc welding with NI-ROD FC55.
