MONEL? 67焊絲AWS A5.7，ERCuNi隨貨質(zhì)保書UNS C71581
MONEL 67焊絲主要用于氧乙炔焊、熔化極氣體保護焊、鎢極惰性氣體保護焊以及埋弧焊焊接MONEL450合金以及其它銅鎳合金。如果事先用NICKLE 61鎳焊絲做打底襯層，那么MONEL 67焊絲也可用于鋼的堆焊。如果要將這種焊絲用于埋弧焊接，可先用MONEL 60焊絲做打底襯層。用MONEL 67焊絲埋弧焊時，須選用INCOFLUX 8埋弧焊劑。
銅鎳焊接材料具有突出的低抗海水侵蝕的性能，所以被廣泛應用在海事作業(yè)和脫鹽淡化的場合。
MONEL 67焊絲可以用于異種材料的焊接，如MONEL系列合金、NICKEL200合金與銅鎳合金的焊接。

MONEL 67 electrode is mainly used for welding of oxyacetylene welding, melting polar gas shielded welding, tungsten inert gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding MONEL450 alloy and other copper nickel alloys. If you use NICKLE 61 nickel wire to make a base lining, then MONEL 67 solder can also be used in steel surfacing. If this wire is to be used for the submerged arc welding, a base lining is made with a MONEL 60 welding wire. INCOFLUX 8 submerged arc welding is used when welding wire with MONEL 67.
Copper-nickel welding materials have excellent properties of low - resistant seawater erosion, so they are widely used in maritime operations and desalination.
MONEL 67 welding wire can be used for welding of foreign materials such as MONEL series alloy, NICKEL200 alloy and copper nickel alloy welding.
