Nickel 61 焊絲AWS A 5.14, ERNi-1提供材質(zhì)書
Nickel 61 焊絲主要用于Nickel 200和201合金的鎢極氣體保護(hù)焊、熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊和埋弧焊接，也可用于鋼的堆焊。當(dāng)其用于埋弧焊接時(shí)，要匹配使用INCOFLUX 6 埋弧焊劑。焊縫金屬中鈦和碳產(chǎn)生反應(yīng)使游離態(tài)的碳降到比較低的水平，因此這種焊條可以用于Nickel 201合金的焊接。焊縫金屬具有優(yōu)異的耐蝕性能，特別是耐堿金屬腐蝕的能力。
Nickel 61 焊絲可以用于多種焊接場(chǎng)合，包括Nickel 200、201合金與不銹鋼、碳鋼、INCONEL合金、INCOLOY合金、銅-鎳合金和MONEL合金之間的焊接。它還可以用于MONEL合金和銅鎳合金與碳鋼之間的焊接，以及銅鎳合金與INCONEL合金或INCOLOY合金之間的焊接。

Nickel 61 welding wire is mainly used for the tungsten gas shielded welding, melting polar gas welding and submerged arc welding of Nickel 200 and 201 alloy, and also used for surfacing of steel. When it is used for submerged arc welding, it is used to match the INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc welding agent. The welding of titanium and carbon in the weld metal causes the carbon to be reduced to a lower level, so this electrode can be used for the welding of Nickel 201 alloy. Weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, especially corrosion resistance of alkali metal.
Nickel 61 welding wire can be used for various welding situations including Nickel 200, 201 alloy and stainless steel, carbon steel, INCONEL alloy, INCOLOY alloy, copper - Nickel alloy and MONEL alloy. It can also be used for welding between MONEL alloys and copper-nickel alloys with carbon steel, as well as between copper and nickel alloys with INCONEL alloys or INCOLOY alloys.
