INCONEL 117焊條主要用于INCONEL 617合金的手工電弧焊，其焊縫金屬具有高強(qiáng)度、高冶金穩(wěn)定性、耐蝕和耐高溫氧化的優(yōu)點。INCONEL117焊條可以優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的焊接很多種合金材料，特別適用于高溫環(huán)境下工作的金屬材料的焊接，例如INCONEL 600\601合金、INCOLOY 800HT\802合金以及HK-40\HP鑄造合金和HP-45形變鑄造合金。
INCONEL 117焊條適用于全位置焊，焊接時應(yīng)采用直流正接的方式。

INCONEL 117 welding rod is mainly used for the manual arc welding of INCONEL 617 alloy. Its weld metal has the advantages of high strength, high metallurgical stability, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation. INCONEL117 electrode can be quality and efficient welding a lot of kinds of alloy materials, particularly applicable to work under the environment of high temperature of welding metal materials, such as INCONEL alloy, INCOLOY 800 ht 600\601\802 alloy and HK - 40 \ HP deformation casting alloy casting alloy and HP - 45.
The INCONEL 117 welding rod is suitable for all position welding, and the welding shall be in direct current.
